Abstract :
Currently work from home is a firm directive issued directly by the government related to the outbreak of Covid-19. The convention presence system used by PT Distributor Indonesia Unggul makes the Human Resources Development (HRD) Division have difficulty in recording its presence. This has an impact on the efficiency of employee work time, where employees will come to the office to make a presence with the presence machine and then confirm with the Human Resources Development (HRD) Division through the whatsapp application. So developed geolocation-based web application by utilizing the Global Positioning System (GPS) contained in the smartphones of workers. In the addition of geolocation features for the presence of employees work form home, implemented geographic information system (GIS) method to search for data and information that will be used as the basis for the addition of this feature. A GIS will integrate spatial data with other data sources and can even use its own database management system, which is used by most organizations to organize and maintain their data, to manage spatial data. So, with the addition of geolocation features can help companies to detect the presence of their workers when doing their work tasks at home.
