Abstract :
Perumda Water Drinking Tirta Cenda is one of the agencies in North Central Timor Regency which is responsible for the availability of drinking water in TTU Regency. The most complained about was related to the problem of water not flowing with a total of 233 complaints from all sectors, while the least complaint was switching networks with a total of 2 complaints throughout 2021. The process of recording incoming complaints is still done manually using a notebook. So this will certainly make it difficult for officers to summarize and classify the types of complaints that come in every month and also the manual recording process can hamper the performance and improvement of Perumda and cause complaints from the community who certainly really need water as their daily needs. In this classification system using the Cosine Similarity method. The Cosine Similarity method is a method used to measure the similarity between two documents or texts. The similarity percentage value in this complaint classification system has a similarity value of 87.98%.
