Abstract :
The existence of health facilities is very important because it can help people who are sick and provide Emergency Department (ER) services. But not all the existence of health facilities is known by the people of Surakarta city and immigrants due to lack of information about health care facilities in surakarta city. The questionnaire results showed the public needed a location search application for nearby health facilities that could be accessed using a smartphone. The solution to this problem is to create a mobilebased application that can provide information about health care facilities using the Haversine Formula method. Haversine is applied as a method to determine the distance from the user's location to the location of the nearest health facility. Then produced a mobile-based application that shows information and location of the nearest health facility. The Haversine Formula method used in determining the distance of the user's location to the nearest health facility with eight sample locations obtained an accuracy rate of 99.92%.
