Abstract :
This hybrid tariff is a combination of energy prices generated from a Solar Power Plant (PLTS) Rooftop on-grid 3000 Wp with the PLN electricity network as an effort to increase reliability and efficiency. Indonesia has excellent solar energy potential, averaging 4.80 kWh / m2 / day (EMR, 2014). With the potential of solar energy owned, then Indonesia is expected to be able to utilize this solar energy to be developed in order to meet the target of 23% energy mix in 2025. By utilizing the roof area of the customer's home that will be used to lay the solar panels, making rooftop on grid PLTS an alternative that can be used to support the renewable energy needs in Indonesia. PLTS work system Rooftop on grid connected to the PLN power grid via a grid tie inverter that works directly from the solar panel system without going through a backup source. This energy measurement is done by installing kWh exim (import export), so the energy from PLTS Rooftop on grid can be measured as well as energy from PLN network. Thus the electricity tariff charged to the customer which in this case is called the hybrid tariff on grid can be calculated its fairness, that is Rp Rp 2.756,72,- per kWh.
