Abstract :
Cases of sexual harassment and sexual violence can occur in both women and men, regardless of age and in various forms. Whether it happens in the personal or the public domain. Based on complaints about sexual harassment and violence that entered the UPTD PPA Jambi City from 2019 to 2021, there was an increase. In 2019 there were 20 complaints, in 2020 there were 35 cases and in 2021, from January to May there were 23 complaints. Based on these problems, the HELPId application is needed, which is a complaint application for sexual harassment and violence. This application consists of android-based applications and websites so it is expected to make it easier for victims to make complaints, especially for victims who do not dare to report directly because there are still victims who feel scared, afraid of being known by others or afraid of getting bullied by others when reporting acts of sexual harassment or violence experienced. To use this application, victims or complainants can register on the HELPId application and then can make complaints of sexual harassment and sexual violence by filling in the necessary complaint data, then the complaint will go to the UPTD PPA Kota Jambi for processing, there are also various features available such as: view profiles, view about the application, make complaints, consult, see information about sexual harassment and violence and chat.
