Abstract :
In the rapid development of technology today, the need for a kind of web application that can store device data completely. With the development of this technology, programming can also develop into wireless internet technology. Information Technology Systems Division (STI) at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjungpinang records hardware data using Ms.Excel. Therefore, if there is a change or addition of device data in the Ms.Excel file one user with another user will have device data in the form of a different Ms.Excel file. Unified Software Development Process (USDP) is one of the methods of software development or system development by using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as its main tool (kakas). Unified Software Development Process (USDP) is divided into several stages, namely inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. The hardware data dashboard application was created to assist the Information Technology Systems Division (STI) at PT PLN UP3 Tanjungpinang, in managing the data collection or recording of hardware data. This device's data dashboard application can run without a normal connection or no connection, because the Progressive Web Application (PWA) is equipped with service worker features and data can be stored in the cache that is done behind the scenes by the service worker. Which gives users to access data even in the absence of an internet connection. This application is expected to make it easier for the STI division to check data to find out the position of the device experiencing problems.
