Abstract :
Reward is a form of appreciation to employees given by the company or
agency for the positive things that have been achieved. Generally, giving rewards
increases employee motivation and makes employees more productive. Each
agency has criteria and requirements in accordance with the policy. The purpose
of this research is to facilitate the campus in making decisions and determining
the eligibility of employees who receive rewards. This reward determination uses
the C4.5 algorithm, where the C4.5 algorithm has a high level of accuracy. The
test in this study was carried out by calculating the criteria of 40 employees of the
PLN Institute of Technology. Based on the results of these tests, the authors can
determine the eligibility of reward recipients using the C4.5 algorithm with the
results of an accuracy percentage of 100%
