Abstract :
In improving the quality of services performed by the owner cofe shop needed
assessment of the customer which is very limited in getting the assessment of the
customer. In addition, the owner of difficulty also measure the quality of service because
it is different with the physical product. Therefore in this study, conducted penelitiam
memggunakan decision system by using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process
(AHP) and then collect the data menu and facilities that are already available then will be
compiled by means of weighting the criteria, which will then produce results of the
highest value of the determination of the weights of the menu and the existing facilities
in the coffeeshop in order to determine the quality of service to the coffee Shop in the
City of Depok. In the study the results obtained kritertia of an alternative and the value of
each coffee shop and performed the ranking. Results showed that the Nako Depok has
the highest score with the score 0.341991355 to shortlisted in the best quality of service
expected of the consumers. And the second rank is Louis coffee with a score of 0,21338,
third cawan coffee with a score of 0.16079, serangkai kopi with score 0.1577, and the last
house raga coffee with a score 0.12614. And for the priority of the best kriteria namely
employees have the knowledge to answer customer questions with value, next to build
this website is PHP, and MySQL as the database.
