Abstract :
Currently technology is developing very rapidly, one of the significant technological developments, one of which is an Android-based smartphone. With these developments, it is easier for parents to introduce new things to their children from an early age. This is done because at that age is a period of growth of the golden age or the Golden Age (0- 6 years) by presenting learning activities that will produce children's abilities and skills. Especially introducing foreign languages to children which is the key to the window of the world, especially English which is lined up as an international language. Train children in pronouncing letters or words with visualization in the form of attractive images, using voice recognition technology will be more effective and fun. By converting the child's voice into Speech Recognition text, then using it and calculating the assessment using the Cosine Similarity algorithm. The test was carried out 48 times on 4 children aged 5 years and 6 years, resulting in a Cosine Similarity accuracy value of 88% and this method would be optimally used for boys aged 6 years with a distance of 3-10 cm.
