Abstract :
Accidents and Occupational Safety (K3) is an effort that must be carried out in a project that aims to minimize work accidents and provide facilities to support the safety of workers. This research was conducted at the Building of the Jakarta Halal Product Assurance Agency. In this study using descriptive quantitative methods using interview instruments and validated by experts for variable determination, questionnaire distribution, validity and reliability testing with SPSS v.26, ranking test analysis and risk level with Ms. Excel and interviews with respondents for follow-up analysis. The results obtained in this study were found 10 dominant factors of work accident risk in the Jakarta Halal Product Assurance Agency Building project. So the researchers took the following preventive steps: wearing a body harness before working at heights, putting up banners or slogans about the importance of work safety, giving signs on flammable or high- voltage tools, before starting work, try the project leader to check complete safety of workers, selecting the right workforce, supervising during the work. Based on the preventive steps that have been put forward, the researcher can provide information in minimizing work accidents in that place.
