Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to identify what factors can cause delays in a project and to find out what factors are dominant and how actions are applied to these risk factors in order to minimize delays. The method used in this research is quantitative statistical analysis method and qualitative analysis method. The quantitative statistical analysis method is carried out by distributing questionnaires and being validated by experts for variable determination, questionnaire distribution, validity and reliability testing with SPSS v.28, while the qualitative method is an activity to analyze and summarize various conditions, situations from various data in the form of interviews. The results obtained in the study there are 5 dominant risk variables that have a high to medium category, namely Availability of Funds, lack of a preliminary survey about the project location, delays in delivery of concrete, late payments by the owner, high rainfall.
