Abstract :
Every construction project requires resources in completing it, namely labor, costs, tools, methods and materials. In project implementation, of course, labor productivity is one of the important factors that affect project time performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of labor productivity on time performance on the project. Labor productivity is the ability of workers to produce or do work in a unit of time (kg/hour), the calculations carried out obtained labor productivity of 31.8181 kg/hour so that the iron work can be completed for 8 days, and factor analysis that affect the productivity of the workforce by using the SPSS application. From the results of the study, it was found that labor productivity had an effect on project time performance. And it is concluded, the higher the productivity of the workforce, the faster the project work time is completed and vice versa.
