Abstract :
This study aims to identify K3 risks from activities that can occur and determine the
possibility of the highest OHS risks that often occur and can make efforts to control K3
risks on rigid pavement work in the Bts Section Flood Handling Project. Cilegon City ?
Pasauran. By carrying out this K3 risk identification activity, it can reduce the occurrence
of accidents at work and can implement an OHS risk management system to support
project performance. In analyzing K3 risk, the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
method is used where this method can determine the highest possible OHS risk that often
occurs by using the formula in the FMEA , namely the Risk Priority Number (RPN). The
results obtained in the study there are 28 risk variables identified and categorized into 7
work activities. The work with the RPN out of 7 categories, one of which is in the
preparatory work with the question variable "workers hit by material" and has an RPN
of 134. Risk control that can be done from each category is one of them by using (Personal
Protective Equipment) according to standards.
