Abstract :
PLN's efforts in managing investment and building electricity supply facilities to customers in order to increase demand are widely carried out, but the problem that arises is whether the development to be carried out is in accordance with the financial feasibility analysis and how to get the results of the financial feasibility study easily and quickly. Therefore, it is necessary to have an easy and systematic calculation tool to calculate the financial feasibility of the investment against the benefits that will be generated for the company to avoid delays in investing. ?Aplication Design of Financial Feasibility with Appsheet as a Basis for Study on Distribution Network Expansion Project at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Sumba" can answer the problems that arise so that investors in this case PLN will find it easier and faster to find out whether or not a project is worth investing in with the results of analysis of variables such as Net Present Value, Payback Period, Internal Rate of Return and the like tied to the results of the financial feasibility study of an investment and provide an answer that the Loan Length and Energy Usage when it has been done will affect the flow of funds according to needs.
