Abstract :
Planning for electrical installations in buildings must be carried out through a good and quality planning system to get the effectiveness of the performance of electrical installations and efficiency of the implementation of electrical installations construction, but the planning of electrical installations also considers the possibility of damage and its presence in the future. In connection with the construction of the Stature Apartment in Jakarta, which consists of 32 floors and 1 roof which on floors 8 to 23 each has 9 units, for this reason the electrical installation planning of this building must be carried out carefully, accurately, and thoroughly by following procedures electrical installation planning of high-rise buildings. The electrical load planning is 1280 KVA, so the capacity of the step down transformer used is 1600 KVA with a power of 1440 KVA or 90%. For the safety used in each 1-phase MCB unit with a rating of 60 A and 100 A.
