Abstract :
Maintenance of distribution substations without going out using MCCB boxes as a maintenance method that was just introduced in late 2021. With this method, customers will not feel a power outage when the distribution substation maintenance process is carried out because the load carried by the substation transformer is transferred to the Mobile Transformer Unit (UTB) transformer with a voltage parallel process. The parallel process of voltage has a risk to substation equipment, it is necessary to measure and analyze the quality of electric power using a Power Quality Meter (PQM) tool for maintenance of distribution substations without blackouts. Measurements were carried out in three stages, namely stage 1 (before the voltage parallel process), stage 2 (during the voltage parallel process), and stage 3 (after the voltage parallel process). Where the results of the measurement of each stage will be analyzed for the quality of electric power so that the phenomena of the quality of electric power that appear at each stage can be identified. Based on the results of the analysis of the quality of electrical power conducted at the PM 334 substation in the working area of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Lenteng Agung can identify phenomena that appear in stages 1, 2, and 3 with the number in stage 1 being 1 phenomenon, stage 2 being 6 phenomena, and stage 3 being 1 phenomenon. Of the three stages, the phenomenon of electric power quality mostly occurs in stage 2.
