Abstract :
Substation equipment or substations that are able to conduct current into heat due to current loss due to conductor resistance. Switchgear has terminals and connections. This is a part that is often heated, especially between two different metals, and also in cross-section of the conductor that shrinks due to dirty, loose, suboptimal hotpsot stress, unsuitable material, overload, and corrosion, therefore it is necessary to carry out level 2 inspection activities when the equipment is in a loaded state, to find out the occurrence of Hotspots it is necessary to measure the temperature by the thermovisi method , the tool used is SATRIR D300. During the equipment operation of the substation or switchgear equipment, which conducts electric current will be subjected to heating, which is caused by the loss of current flowing in the conductor caused by resistance. In this final project, we will discuss the measurement of hotpsot points using the thermovisi method at 150 kV substations. According to the standard book PLN SK DIR 520 2014, themeasurement of the difference in the temperature of the clamps and conductors was taken as much as 27 s of a mpel and it was known that 13 sampel was in good condition, and 2 of 27 sampel in conditions measured for another 1 month, which in 2 sampel in the CT Clamps of the PMT direction reached a temperature of 67.0 ?C with a maximum current reached 900 amperes and a current when thermo of 1100 amperes, on the Flybus 1-Way Rail DS Clamps reach a temperature of 82.0 ?C with a maximum current reached of 900 amperes and a current when thermo 1100 amperes.
