Abstract :
The consumption of electrical energy is getting bigger from day to day, making PT PLN have to pay attention to the energy measurement process installed in the customer. The number of customers served by PLN has issued innovations in the form of meter reading technology remotely or automatically using communication media, namely with a Smooth Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) device. One way of monitoring that can be done is based on a drastic decrease in the hours of ignition, so it is necessary to carry out further monitoring using the Load Profile parameter every month. By using the Load Profile parameter, it can make it easier for PLN to find any measurement anomalies. Where based on the analysis of the decrease in the hours of operation and the Load Profile, it was found that in the first case the customer usage was not readable in data withdrawal with the AMR system due to damage to the customer's MCCB, so it was necessary to normalize, and calculate the amount of follow-up bills, which must be billed during the event. damage, which amounted to Rp 124,500,960.16, with a total uncollectible kWh of 114,257.83 kWh. In the second case, the failure to retrieve data remotely due to the damage to the kWh Meter makes it impossible to use energy for the duration of the equipment, so a follow-up bill that must be billed is calculated at Rp. 11,248,173.23 with the number of uncollected kWh of 10,118, 14 kWh.
