Abstract :
Electricity is the main resource for daily activities in society. With the rapid increase in electricity supply, the quality of electricity itself must be balanced. In PLN's business process is to increase sales and reliability. One of them is from the PLN transformer itself where at PT. PLN (Persero) the Rajapolah Customer Service Unit has a balanced proportion of the quality of the PMDS 0195 distribution substation which exceeds the standard percentage of the transformer load exceeding the standard transformer loading by 80% or it is usually said that the transformer is overloaded and it is found that the loading of each phase is the same where each phase is the same according to the maximum proportion is 10%. transformer load balancing. The transformer load proportion value before Uprating the transformer is 106%, and the transformer load proportion after Uprating is 65.08%, there is a decrease of 40.92% Load balancing by moving a high phase to a low phase is obtained by measuring during the day the initial shrinkage is 3.1% to 0.5% which can reduce shrinkage by 2.6%. When the measurement is carried out again at night, the initial shrinkage is 4.09%, to 0.875% which can reduce shrinkage by 3.215%.
