Abstract :
As time goes by, the increase in population in areas with high population levels will of
course also encourage the development of infrastructure development such as housing,
offices, industry, as well as general support such as street lighting, etc., which of course
will require electrical power to operate. To find out the amount of future installed power,
forecasting is carried out using a linear regression method with year parameters (X) and
also installed power per customer type (Y) to get the forecast value, using 2016-2021 data
at UID Jakarta Raya to get a pattern of development, so that It is known that the increase
in installed power is 1.8% per year.
