Abstract :
There is a transformer 2 and a transformer 3 GIS 150 kV PIK arises a fault that causes the failure of the transformator. Disturbances that arise such as overheating, arching in oil, and Partial Discharge (PD). For this reason, maintenance is needed and maintenanceon transformator by conducting transformer oil testing, namely DGA (Disollve Gas Analysis) testing. The results of the solute testing will be analyzed against several methods, namely the TDCG method, Key Gass, Roger's Ratio, Duval's triangle which is inaccordance with the IEEE std standard. C57-104.1991 and IEC 60599, this is to determine the diagnosis of interference or condition of transformer oil. Based on the results of the DGA test on transformer 2 in 2017 the TDCG value is 679.02 ppm, in 2022 the TDCG value is 1263.47 ppm. Transformer 3 in 2017 its TDCG value was 141.84 ppm in 2022 its TDCG value was 1166.97 ppm. Transformer 2 and transformer 3 of 2017 indicated in condition I that transformer opeRation is still satisfactory so that the dissolved gas test can be carried out a year later, while the indication of dissolved gas in transformer 2 and transformer 3 in 2022 is indicated in condition II that the gas composition has exceeded the normal limit so that it is necessary to follow up such as purification or treatment so that failure can be prevented .
