Abstract :
Monitoring of voltage and current is important to maintain the reliability of asynchronous
motors. In addition, monitoring is commonly found in the research process. The method
that is often used is to use a voltmeter and ampere meter to see the actual magnitude that
occurs. However, this method has many shortcomings, such as errors in reading the
amount and data storage that is not fast enough because it only relies on the accuracy of
the human eye. In addition, reading the electricity quantity manually makes the analysis
process less effective because it has to do calculations manually. Therefore, this research
was conducted to solve this problem. Data logger is a tool that can be used to measure
and record electrical quantities such as voltage, current, power, frequency, and power
factor into excel form. In its application, this tool will be installed in a three-phase motor
power kontrol circuit. The data logger is a tool based on Arduino and uses the PZEM-
004T sensor. then the data will be entered in storage in the form of an SD card that can
be connected to a computer. After conducting the experiment, the average relative error
of the entire experiment was 2.19%. These results were obtained by comparing the data
logger with the power clamp meter Hioki 3628-20.
