Abstract :
Poultry that is commonly consumed by Indonesian people is chicken. The factor that most chicken breeders pay attention to is the sufficient quantity of feed. With the increase in existing technology, farmers can also use technology to benefit their farms. With a simple automatic feed control system that can control the quantity of chicken feed based on Arduino Uno, it can make it easier for farmers. Arduino uno is a type of microcontroller that can control electronic components. The workings of this automatic feed control tool are assisted by two ultrasonic sensors HC-SR04 which are components of detecting a lot of feed in the main tube and chicken feed container then the information will be sent to Arduino Uno to activate other components such as servo motors, buzzers and LCDs. Ultrasonic sensor as input, arduino uno as the brain of the system and servo motor, buzzer and lcd as output. When the sensor detects that the feed distance is more than 30 cm, the sensor will send a signal to the Arduino Uno to activate the servo motor to move 15 degrees, activate the buzzer and the LCD displays "feed condition: exhausted". Vice versa, if the sensor detects feed at a distance of less than 30cm, the sensor will send a signal to the Arduino Uno not to activate or return the servo motor to the 0-degree position, the buzzer and LCD display "feed condition: safe".
