Abstract :
Power outages are an important issue for consumers and power companies as they reduce service. The power outage factor occurs due to interference. Disturbance is a big problem that affects and affects the electric power system. Among them, the medium power distribution system which is the use of electrical energy for economic and human activities. This study aims to find out how to maintain the medium voltage distribution network and find out unsold energy when a disturbance occurs, causing a power outage. The method used is the observation method. The place and time of the research was carried out at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Bogor Timur for 4 months. Data collection techniques using literature study, data collection, analysis of results and report generation. The results obtained from the data taken by calculating the energy/kwh that are not sold due to disturbances, namely, during 1 year starting from January to December, the most disturbances were found in December, touching 14 trips. The average disturbance that causes the number of blackouts is approximately 50% caused by equipment, 20% from nature, 20% from 3rd parties, and 10% has not found the cause of power outages. Feeders with the most disturbances were Pasopati feeders with 11 trips, the average disturbance was caused by animals. The key in 2021 is that there are several disturbances that result in no distribution of energy due to disturbances that result in trips.
