Abstract :
The Automatic Meter Reading system or commonly called the AMR system is a remote monitoring communication system that is carried out by utilizing the telecommunications network to increase the accuracy of the kWh meter measurement and to detect disturbances that occur to customers, one example of which is unmeasured electrical energy caused by by several things, namely one of the causes is that a component in the measurement system is damaged. The measurement system used in the AMR system is a direct measurement system and an indirect measurement system. In this final project, research is conducted on the study of electrical energy measurement errors in customers with 3000 KVA power at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Cikupa. The implementation of this final project is carried out at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Cikupa to PT. Indofood Fortune. Where in one phase there is a damaged component. This is what causes the unmeasured electrical energy used by customers and also causes incalculable electricity bills to customers that must be paid in the event of a disruption. There are several data collection methods used in this final project including literature study, observation, quantitative, and also interviews. From the calculations obtained in this final project, the total electrical energy that is not measured at PT. Indofood Fortuna is 275.85 KwH and the total under-billed account to be paid is RP. 1,276,115,099.
