Abstract :
In an electric power system there are parts that are interconnected, producing electrical
energy that can be distributed to consumers with good quality. SPSS (Statistical Package
for the Social Sciences) computer program with use as statistical data analysis.
Correlation analysis is one of the analytical techniques to determine the strength and
weakness of the relationship between two variables. Based on the results of data analysis
using the decision basis of Pearson bivariate correlation analysis, it can be seen that the
factors causing the disturbance and the effect of dominance disturbance on the High
Voltage Air Line (SUTT) transmission network can be seen. Based on the results of SPSS,
the results obtained are strong correlation values, due to the duration of the blackout, the
equipment installation is 0.931, transmission feeder is 0.308 and weather is 0.277 and
the energy that is not channeled is transmission feeder at 0.143, environment at 0.118
and electrical installation at 0.096. To see the results of the transmission network
performance in West Borneo?, an assessment based on TLOD (Transmission Line Outage
Duration) and TLOF (Transmission Line Outage Frequency) was used, so that the TLOD
of the blackout duration was 0.420 hours/kms and the TLOF was 2.31 times/kms. PT PLN
(Persero) UP3B West Borneo System has set a TLOD index value of 0.54 per year and a
TLOF index value of 2.87 per year, based on these results it can be said that the index
value is still within the transmission line performance target set by the company.
