Abstract :
The aim of research was to analysize the effect of wage, skill and experience to the performance of workers on the pile cap Double project-Double Project Packet A, Manggarai-Jatinegara, civil works. The research was used data that was gotten by quisionnaire.Sample amounted to 20 workers on pile cap. Furthermore, the data of quisionaire was processed by Likert scale. The result of the reseach indicated that the variable of wage, skill, and experience have the effect to performance worker on pile cap workers with the persentage more than 70%. However, the significant effect of variabel on performance worker were skill with 80 %. Additonnally, the dominant variabel effected by motivation of working was wage with the result persentage, namely 50% strongly agree and 50% agree.
