Abstract :
Efforts to increase distribution capacity are by optimizing the transmission line according to its ability to
carry strong currents. The conductor is a crucial part in the power line from the generator to the
consumer. All conductors used for conductors are of course required to have a certain magnitude and
tensile strength so that power distribution can be optimized and avoid external influences that can
interfere with its performance such as wind and temperature. On the 150kV transmission line on the
Bintaro - Serpong line, the calculation of the andongan value is carried out by determining several span
points to calculate the SAG value and compared with the quantitative method, by calculating the
andongan value at six predetermined span points so that it is obtained, where when the current flows of
265.9 Ampere. So that the SAG value is 2.0429 m. While the smallest SAG value obtained based on the
data above is in February when the line current flowing in the conductor is 235 Ampere. Based on the
results of the research, based on the calculations carried out, the SAG value on the 150kV transmission
line of the Bintaro - Serpong line still meets the minimum clearance requirements of the 150kV SUTT
conductor to the object below it of 10 meters according to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources
No. 18 of 2015 and SPLN 121 of 1996.
