Abstract :
This analogue Kilo Watt Hour Meter (KWH meter) replacement when measuring the old kWh on the customer is obtained a percentage that exceeds what has been set by PT PLN (Persero). At PT. PLN ULP Rajapolah is still installed with Actaris type KWh meter made in 2009, 2010 which is often reported as having an anomaly in the measurement of electrical energy which causes the measurement of electrical energy to be inappropriate for customers. Therefore, an examination of the error value of the actaris type kWh meter is carried out and a kWh meter replacement is carried out if the error value exceeds the error limit of >10% and calculates the addition of the customer's electricity usage bill caused by the kWh meter error. The results of the error values of the KWh meter are 46.5%, 23.9%, 26.3%, 15.7% and 32.9% and the error values obtained after changing the kWh meter are 0.657%, 0.96%, 0.56% , 0.2% and 0.45% which got the error value back to normal not exceeding >10%. After replacing the kWh meter, the results of adding bills to customers whose error value exceeds the limit of Rp. 3.128.557,88
