Abstract :
Implementation of the administrative employee management in BSDM STT PLN are quite heavy, this is due to administrative data management and processing of the proposing for leave and training was carried out conventionally, desk to desk. Starting from employees who wish to apply for a leave, until the employer get the proposal and check, and record the leave data. Then kept in a employment file. This system is created using software engineering methods by waterfall model, starting from Requirement Analysis, System Design, Coding, Testing, and Implementation. This system is implemented using PHP programming language while MySQL is chosen database processing. This application is expected to ease the process of filing the leave, workshops, seminars, correspondence, and training by the lecturer and staff, the approval by boss and the supervision by admin.
