Abstract :
In this reseach we developed donor service information system of Dompet Dhuafa Bandung. We hope that the system can manage donor data, transaction data and family data wich list as donation. We also have some facility as a graphic for represented processing data. In developing donor service information system done, we collected required data, by interview at part of donor service in Dompet Dhuafa Bandung, gathering of required document, library study and research of laboratory. Then we maked of software, Institution of side Dompet Dhuafa at part of donor service can manage donor data, transaction data and family data efficiently, and also made report can be adapted for requirement.
