Abstract :
Internet technology and wireless phone are considered in facilitating the information movement. Not only general purpose but also other particular application such as banking activities, study system, telecommunication, telemarketing etc. Both tehnology have certain advance, if those are combined in one integrated system would absolutely expected give a kind of solution for human being. Therefore the another try to bind those system in to one credit refill system, so that recharging can be done through short message or website. The system which is developed using simple tools and based on open source, its not only through but also free. With operating system based on Linux and PHP Mysql programming, making this system not only gives a faster solution, easier and secure but also cheaper.
