Abstract :
Using of system information in a certain company or organization is very necessary for easy carry out all the activity. Cooperative “Komando Distrik Militer (KODIM) 0604 Karawang is a organization who prepare the facilities saving for necessary of the member. Actifity saving in cooperative of “Komando Distrik Militer (KODIM) 0604 Karawang still having a problem. Include think in registration data deposit, data strorage, quest for data member, deposit data and take over data. For connten the problem is needed for making the system information that was computerization so that all of activity for saving can be working very well. Method application is method prototype. For the techniques which used are, observation and interview. While for stake out envelope of stake out process, stake out data base, and stake out program. The program application who use is a Visual Basic 0.6 and access for data base. Whit this a new system, helped a komisaris office accountant (KOMURBEN), specially for easealy in looking for necessary data.
