Abstract :
Transportation business is very need by human especially bus transportation. Bus is one of medium that support transportation, where the bus it self is the most accommodation used by people. SUMBER ALAM Automobile Company which moves in transportation business especially in marketing department have found still use manual in selling ticket. So often happen obstacles such as difficulties and late to find data, late in making report also often happen a mistake in ordering and selling ticket process. Base on that consideration author try to design a computerized application system to help SUMBER ALAM Automobile Company. In this system author used descriptive research method by seen work flow image which done by research object and this system using data collecting technique consist of observation method by doing direct observation regarding how to order and buy ticket implemented in SUMBER ALAM Automobile Company. And the tools used in this observation are Flow map, DFD, ERD, and relation table in order this system run well. The output result from this computerized system or application program is keeping selling and order system run fast either in looking for data or in making report process. And the selling and order ticket system have been better in serving also decreasing problem in ticket selling.
