Abstract :
With reference to observe from information system worker mutation does happening on Dinas Pertamanan dan Pemakaman Kota Bandung, system was happened is not to computerize that was causes errors on data writing of worker mutation and on searching of worker mutation data’s, it was reference of worker report making. To find solution of that’s errors, so it make of information system worker mutation whose computerize basiss. The near of increasing system is use near of structure increase with tools whose use to drawing model information system is Flow Map, Conteks Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Normalized, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Relation Table, and for data’s find technic is use of observe technic and interview with worker or Dinas Pertamanan dan Pemakaman Kota Bandung specially on worker develop. With this information system worker mutation with computerized basis, it can help to decrease the trouble not only in worker mutation process also on make report to not errors again.
