Abstract :
PT.Indonesian train (Persero) in their activity specially in the employe leave dicision still using manualy and not be computerisation so it is not efective and efficiently in doing their activity it make procesing leave claimer and employe data searching being slow and usually lost or been damage in the data is that already have. The developt metodhe system which is used in the scheme system leave information to prototype methodology. This scheme contant with input scheme and output scheme. Programing with Borland Delphi 7.0 software with access database. With already system offer leave wich is computerisation in the PT.Indonesian train of Bandung haply that it can make more quickly and efficient, and the employe data protection proces and employe leave can unmanipulation data by the person with not capability.
