Abstract :
The utilization of information system in institution especially education is very necessary to made the administration service activity going well and easier. They were some needy in Bandung 19 high school especially in administration service activity, which were in searching of students data who have been paid or yet and the making of monthly report was not effective. To solve the problem, it’s necessary to made a computerized information system so that the administration service activity can going well. The method that used in specification were using some tools, some of them like entity relation diagram (ERD), table relationship, normalization, flowmap, contexts diagram and data flow diagram (DFD). For the technique of data collection used by Borland Delphi 5.0 and for the database used paradox 7. With the existence of the proposed system, expected can be helped the administration division, especially in searching student data can be easier and the making of monthly report become effective and on schedule.
