Abstract :
From this final work making, that the building of patients service information system at Bandung's sekeloa puskesmas. Puskesmas as the mass heeling is the information system, to produce the service to the customer and rounded neighbour. In building this final work, writer are using inventing methods which data’s seeking with observation, interviewing, study pustaka and spreading SDLC system methods. Mean is, the writer getting the purpose for this inventing with keeping any referential that supported this information building, such as information – information and theory’s about programming language which used for information system building in this case Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2000. This information system will gain the work effectiveness and time efficiently in processing the patient data and medical records. Producing puskesmas service and human resources optimal zing and helps giving information for its own, especially for the patient whoa making and medical appointment in the puskesmas in generally.
