Abstract :
PT. PLN is a company of effort for publik state ( BUMN ) which active in supply of national electrical service. with old system customer difficult to get information, so that to get information of service PT. PLN, customer requires old time and cost expensive. In writing of this skripsi, writer applies research methodologies descriptively. and applies system structure approach. as for system development of method applied is system development method SDLC ( System Development Life Cycle ). For new system implementation, hence writer makes the application WAP for the information based on Internet of Openwave SDK 5.1, Macromedia dreamweaver 8, and database MYSQL. After made a change to old system, expected new system can increase performance PT. PLN UPJ PADALARANG about vesting of information to customer. so with cheap cost of customer will get information quickly and explains
