Abstract :
Puskesmas is one institutions of general service society, the System was running is often take complicate the worker on these job,the complicate was fined, such as: document which not well coordinate in the company according writer , not well coordintre document can cause delay and failure in searching on data patient and medicine these require, as well as delay to prepare report, cause from the System was running still manual system. The Author provides to built system information service society of Puskesmas Ciumbuleuit The research method that used in research is data gathering and procesing modul. The data gathering method is be done by using survey method (observation), literatures and list of questions model. And the procesing modul it’s use Object Oriented Process Model (spiral). To hope the result which exist this Puskesmas System Information can to arrive match information needed about data patient, medicine and prepare report as relative, fastly, exactly and accurate for incomparable side these need, useful that patient or all worker was operationing on handle this problem.
