Abstract :
Making decision is part of process management was very important in organization. Every dicison making always can give implication for organization for implication was they estimate before or not. The problem is it’s hard to determine a decision whether to apply the civil information system. The AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method represent one of the methods in decision of the methods in decision making of which can overcome the problems. The AHP method use the rational and the of people as main input of this mehod. Except that, the AHP method can improve decision more than consisten. To overcom the problem which is faced by Kelurahan Ciumbuleuit writer make a decision model and analyzing by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. With using the AHP method can make decision from analyzing process that the civil information system as the best system and make decision that the civil information system can be applied and used in Kelurahan Ciumbuleuit.
