Abstract :
Along with is fast of growth of information technology and expanding of transparency to APBN. Geologi Department Bandung as instance government have sign in departement geologi, and inside departement geologi have sub departement administration which have duty for process pay worker salary in Departement Geologi Bandung, including central and area or permanent worker and honorer worker. Administrasi departement having important role in data processing of sallary and claimed remuneration clear of all kind of deviations to harm state. To make easy management system of remuneration of Departement Geologi in Bandung, then needed computerized database system device to make the processed data more efficient and effective plus accurate and periodic. Method which used in compilation of research is deskripsi, data collecting technique analysis cover research of leisure, bibliography study and interview with a purpose to writer can know and study of system remuneration Departement Geologi in Bandung.
