Abstract :
As part of Pusat Penelitian Pengembangan Permukiman, tour of duty budget claimed memilki information system to good. Center Expansion Research of Setlement in handling data processing Anggaran Perjalanan Dinas its(the process still be done in computer manual because still using Microsotf Excel and often causes happened duplication of budget resulting company budget always happened minus. In Methodologies tour of duty budget data processing information system applied is model prototype. For process design, made Flowmap, Diagram Konteks, Data Current Diagram ( DFD) and Data dictionary. For data base scheme, done with normalization making, Entity Relational Diagram ( ERD) and relationship tables. While for program planning is done with Perancangan Input/Output, Encoding, Menu Structure and Kebutuhan Sistem. which is able to assist in quickening data processing to become adequate information and minimization of mistake when tour of duty budget data processing and Laporan this tour of duty budget reported per period or per month.
