Abstract :
Initially, computer only be applied to calculate only. But, along with development of technology, computer now have been able to do approximant overall of people’s activity like data processing, data manipulation, letter processing, picture, and voice, controller hardware, denominating function of and others. Avian influenza is one of disease which is famous enough at the moment. Avian influenza is zoonosis disease that is disease at animal. We can know symptoms earlyly by doing consultancy with the expert in areas avian influenza. However, that is of all collided at limitation problem in the case of levying of the expert. Expert system is the solution. Expert system is an applicable system in so many science area and technology to assist people thinking process. Expert system diagnose something based on knowledge bases of all comes from the expert. System approach method which writer takes is Object Oriented paradigm, because this method is more focussed to system which will be built. This expert system development method applies prototype, that is by collecting certain information about requirements of information of consumer quickly. With existence of expertise prototype of avian influenza expected able to assist overcomes expert insuffiency especially in medical area related to problems of avian influenza. This expertise prototype only a model from Natural Language Processing ( NLP). Therefore, usage of expertise language which natural hardly necessary for the expert system development process taking place. To smooth down knowledge about avian influenza to all community, hence is better if this expert system can be updated and online. Keyword : Expert system, Avian influenza
