Abstract :
R.B Pelita Bunda is a company that involves in health service sector, specially handling childbirth and pregnancy consultation. This company has not use or have medical record management system that can help the smoothness or easiness in patients’ data searching. Patients’ data record in R.B Pelita Bunda at this moment still using manual system (conventional) which relies on document filling which getting pile up, so that it makes R.B Pelita Bunda difficult to data searching. The more difficult data searching, the longer it takes in searching patients’ data. The presence of medical record management sytem in R.B Pelita Bunda is expected to help data searching that has not been computerized at this moment. The research method wich the writer use is descriptive analysis, while the system development method that is used in designing this information system is prototype method.
