Abstract :
Bentani Hotel is the one famous hotel in cirebon which to emphasize best services to their customer. Beside that Bentani Hotel is always make a good relationship with customer. In their development, Bentani Hotel sometimes find a problem in room reservation, example customer data registration and data room searching filled room or empty room all that still doing with manual in receptionist part, so that needed long time. Looking the problems, writer make a information system where this information designed with used waterfall method with SDLC (System Development Live Cycle), because this method more simple and flexible. Approach method used is Structured Approach which working from highes angle to more lower level with details, where wishes user to representation in data flow diagram. To overcome this problem, writer make an application program Room Reservaion, so that expected can improve existing job or activity effectiveness and efficiency and also can strive better service to a period to come, this problems earn in solving can be seen with data-processing, where processed by data is storey level mistake of writing earn can be minimally besides customer data registration and data room searching easily and quickly.
