Abstract :
Public and private nuisance act Permit there is in Dinas Penanaman Modal in Municipal administration. This permit in destining for company which in its (the business activity tends to generates trouble and impure of area. Public and private nuisance act Permit process (IUUG/HO) still be done in manual, for the purpose needs in backing with existence of applying an computerized information system based on client -server accross the board, to be more streamlines process of IUUG/HO to remember manual processing is less efficient and effectively. In this public and private nuisance act permit information system. Methodologies applied is model prototype. For process design, made flow map, diagram konteks, data flow diagram (DFD) and data dictionariy. For data base scheme, done with normalization making, entity relational diagram (ERD) and relationship tables. While for program planning is done with scheme of input/output, encoding, menu structure and requirement of system. Information system made to more facilitatingly in process of Perizinan Undang-Undang Gangguan. Process calculation its(the retribution is also will be done in automatization. With this information system expected able to depress errors happened in process of public and private nuisan ce act permit as minimum as possible.
