Abstract :
Role of computer has become essential part in human life. This thing happened because by using computer of all works to become easier, efficient and effective. The thing felt by PT. Plasindo Lestari is residing in area Karawang. One part of the at PT. Plasindo Lestari is part of warehouse handling goods admission exit. Goods data processing inventory at PT. Plasindo Lestari still be done in manual like goods admission exit data processing, inclusion of data to goods stock card, and making of report making performance part of warehouse to become less effective. At this research report will be built a scheme of information systems inventory in the form of application to overcome processing of goods problem inventory is residing in part of warehouse. Writing of this research report applies descriptive method that is sighting is done by the way of collecting data as according to real situation so that the data earns in analysis and obtained by picture about problem faced. Systems development method applied that is prototyping method, by means of modelling applied that is flowmap, context diagrams, DFD, normalization, and ERD. Software used is Visual Basic 6 with SQL Server 2000 as its the database and Crystal Reports as its the report maker. With built by it an application, hence goods data processing problem inventory good to exit processing of goods and also admission goods and making of letter of travel report residing in part of warehouse can be finalized carefully and quicker so that performance part of warehouse becomes more effectively and company also would continuously grow.
