Abstract :
Cooperation is a business institution base on family spirit with an objective prospering its member. Multi business cooperation is a cooperation that moved in member’s keeping and saving and also selling. But in transaction still used manually, so it is often happened obstacles such as late in looking data, late in making report also often happen a mistake in keeping/saving activity process. Base on that consideration author try to design a computerized application system to help multi business cooperation. This system developed by using data collecting technique consist of observation method by doing direct observation regarding how member’s keeping and saving system applied in multi business cooperation. And the tools used in this observation are Flow map, DFD, ERD, and relation table in order this system run well. The final output from this computerize system or application program is maintain keeping and saving system run fast, in the accounting process, looking for data or in making report, also better keeping and saving system in serving also decreasing problem in member’s keeping and saving.
