Abstract :
In course of this remuneration management often happened some problem because of not yet used the system of data bases causing difficulty in remuneration process, it making of report slip employ remuneration, rentan mistake by user for lack of nya facility order the mistake and its difficult look for the data required like searching officer data every month. Therefore needed a information system base on the better computer again namely by using application program remuneration to overcome all the things that, others writer use the method of Prototype, technique of development of data bases used in the form of Flowmap, Context Diagram, Normalization, ERD and DFD, depicting to hit the system process so that all process in remuneration management become easier, quickly, precise, relevant, accurate, and complete. From research result Mts. Inferential Al-I'Anah that appliedly of new system can generate the positive impact that is quicken the remuneration process, input of data and also output remuneration, narrowing mistake in remuneration process, and also well guaranted data security it’s security.
